KINA BANK PHILIPPINES 2026 PROMOTION

1. Promoter: The promoter is Kina Securities Ltd trading as Kina Bank, Douglas Street, Port Moresby, National Capital District 121 (“Promoter”).
2. Acceptance of Terms: Information on how to enter and the Prize (defined below) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotion Period: The Promotion commences at 12:00 AM (PGT) on 1 May 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM (PGT) on 31 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility
5. Entry Requirements: Entry is open to individuals who:

• a) Reside in Papua New Guinea.
• b) Are at least 18 years of age.
• c) Entrants must:
  - i. Be an existing Kina Visa Debit Cardholder which is active, or
  - ii. Apply and be approved (during the Promotion Period) for a Kina Visa Debit Card, and
  - iii. Maintain their account in good standing.
• d) Are not employees of the Promoter, Visa, or agencies associated with the Promotion.

6. Dispute Resolution: If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant at its sole discretion.

How to Enter
7. Entry Method: To be eligible to enter the Promotion, participants must, during the Promotion Period, make five (5) Eligible Purchases using an Eligible Card to earn one (1) entry.
8. Entry Limit: There is no limit to the number of entries.
9. Settlement of Transactions: Qualifying Transactions must be settled within three (3) days of the end of the Promotion Period.

Prize Details
10. Monthly Draws: Three prize draws will take place over the campaign, one each month. Each month, customers will have the opportunity to win one (1) of five (5) Samsung Galaxy A06 Smartphones.
11. Grand Prize: The first valid entry drawn at the end of the three months will win a trip to the Philippines for two (2) people (“Prize”). The Prize includes:

• a) Two (2) economy return flights from Papua New Guinea to the Philippines.
• b) Four (4) nights accommodation:
  - i. Two (2) nights’ accommodation at Pangulasian Island in a Pool Villa (double occupancy), including full board meals and a drinks package.
  - ii. Two (2) nights’ accommodation at Seda BGC (double occupancy), including buffet breakfast for two (2) persons and two (2) lunch buffets.
• c) Airport/Resort transfers, including round trip land transfers between NAIA and Seda BGC and round trip boat transfers to and from Pangulasian Island.

12. Total Prize Pool: The total prize pool value is up to USD $8,000.
13. Travel Companion Age Requirement: The winner's travel companion must be 16 years or older to participate in the Prize.
14. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included in the Prize. The winner and their travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance prior to taking the Prize.
15. Winner's Agreement: The winner agrees to:

• a) Allow the Promoter and Visa to use their name (last name and initial of first name) and postcode in any media for publishing the outcome of this Promotion.
• b) Be contacted for purposes directly related to the Promotion.
• c) Allow the Promoter and Visa to use their name, likeness, image, and/or voice in any media for promoting the Promotion and related products.
• d) Provide photographs and summaries of their experiences in the Philippines upon request.
• e) Sign any legal documentation required by the Promoter, including a legal release and indemnity form. If the travel companion is under 18, a parent/legal guardian must sign on their behalf.
• f) The winner may be required to attend a prize handover at a time and location reasonably determined by the Promoter. As part of the handover process, the winner must present valid photographic identification for verification purposes and consent to photographs being taken during the handover. These photographs may be retained and used by the Promoter and Visa for record keeping, audit, compliance, and regulatory purposes.

16. Prize Transferability: The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
17. Substitution of Prize: If the Prize or any element is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equivalent value, subject to legal requirements.

Determining the Winner
18. Draw Dates and Location: The draw will take place at take Anisimoff Legal, Level 3/162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on the following dates in the presence of an independent scrutineer:

Announcing and Notifying the Winner
19. Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw at https://www.visa.com.au/promotions/kina-visa-winners-2026.html
20. Forfeiture of Prize: If the winner does not redeem the Prize by the stipulated time, the Prize will be forfeited.
21. Final Decision: The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. Unclaimed Prize Procedure: If the Prize remains unclaimed by 9:29 AM PGT on 12 September 2026, a re-draw will take place at 9:30 AM PGT on the same day.

General Conditions
23. Tax Liability: Beneficiaries of a Prize acknowledge that the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from the Prize.
24. Verification of Entries: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any individual suspected of breaching these Terms and Conditions.
25. Promotion Cancellation: If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
26. Exclusions from Prize: Any travel component of the Prize does not include travel documents, insurance, taxes not included in ticket prices, and personal expenses. Compliance with health and travel requirements is the winner's responsibility.
27. Booking Conditions: The Prize is subject to booking and flight availability. The winner and their travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary.
28. Flight Details: Flights may not be direct, and itineraries will be determined by the Promoter.
29. Credit Card Requirement: Hotel providers may request a credit card at check-in for incidentals.
30. Parental Consent for Minors: If the travel companion is under 18, prior written parental or guardian permission is required.
31. Force Majeure: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
32. Liability Disclaimer: Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its related entities are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the Promotion.
33. Privacy Policy: The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion and may disclose such information to third parties. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter's Privacy Policy governs how personal information is handled.
34. Governing Law: The terms and conditions of the Promotion is governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea.
35. Disclaimer: Participation in the Kina Bank Philippines 2026 Promotion ("Promotion") is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Kina Securities Ltd, trading as Kina Bank, reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
36. By entering this Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by participants as a result of their participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance and use of any prize awarded.
37. The Promoter is not liable for any technical failures or malfunctions, including but not limited to, any issues related to the entry process or the inability to access the Promotion due to network or hardware problems.
38. Kina Bank encourages responsible spending and does not endorse excessive or irresponsible use of its financial products. Participants are reminded to maintain their financial health and only make purchases within their means.
39. All entries are subject to verification, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.
